I was very happy with the service and my service consultant, John.
I have always felt very comfortable bringing my Mercedes into your service department. I appreciate getting a loaner car for my maintenance visits. It’s never good having car problems, but expected with a nine year old car. You always get me right back on the road. Thank you for keeping me safe.
Garrett is very pleasant to work with, he is a very calming and knowledgeable person.
Matt is a great sales person, very convincing to buy. I always have loved Mercedes, this is a great dealership to come to, very knowledgable with selling Mercedes by Matt.

I so appreciate Garrett, who always personally greets me, and remembers me from one visit to the next. My 1999 was totalled last year, and I’m bringing my (new to me) 2008 in to the dealership now, and still he knows me. I would also like to commend the shuttle driver (‘m sorry, I didn’t get his name), who also knew me from last year, and even remembered that we’d talked about horses! I appreciate that very much. Our search for a car did not come out of want. Just under a month ago we celebrated our son’s 4th birthday, the next day was our 3 year anniversary, it is also the day my husband survived a roll over accident in our 2009 VW Passat. We didn’t celebrate our wedding that day, I celebrated not being a widow, my husband celebrated life and my son continues to know and enjoy his daddy. The police officer arrived after my husband was taken by ambulance, to the ER as a precaution, judging by the visuals of the accident the officer assumed my husband was dead, the tow truck operator assumed that also. The make and model of our car, luck and probably a few good deeds is why my husband walked away with two tiny pieces of glass in a finger tip.
We have had a financially stressful year, but knowing that our car helped keep my husband safe made us pursue a car that would ensure the same level of safety. So we headed to Larson VW, in search of a car that we knew we could trust. After a handful of tasteless roll over car jokes and very unprofessional interactions with Darren Hillstead of VW, we not only walked out of the dealership, we also instantly contacted VW dealerships as faraway Oregon. As we searched online through USAA and Costco, we realized a CPO of top car companies was actually more affordable and safer then a 2012 VW. We researched and reached out to Land Rover, Volvo, Lexus, BMW and Mercedes. The person who contacted us first was who we went to see, Tony Kang of Mercedes Lynnwood.
Tony Kang not only established trust, respect and a deep sense of care with in minutes (over the phone mind you), he also made us feel like we had control. Tony asked that we give Lynnwood a chance even though it was a 48 mile drive from our home (Puyallup), and well past Barrier. He knew we were a very low end buyer, and knew we would need the best deal possible to even walk out with a car. We don’t exactly fit with in the social status of 99% of your clients, so walking in to Mercedes and seeing a couple of cars that top our annual salary weren’t exactly comforts. Tony gave us the same time, dedication, and respect as your top clients would get. We also got that same top level service when we worked with your financial Manager Mindy.
Tony treated us with simple acts of respect and humanity. He made purchasing a car stress free, and very exciting. It is by far the best experience I have had. As over the top as this sounds.. Tony not only created a dream for us, he helped us achieve it. We now have the comfort of knowing that we have the very best, safest car we can afford. For us, owning this car is not for status, or to be showy, it is to ensure we have the best chance of surviving in case of another horrific accident.
Tony Kang is a pretty amazing guy, and I am honored to have purchased a car from someone who really seems to get what this life is all about. He certainly seemed to understand it has nothing to do with your annual income. There is nothing wrong with having a positive attitude, working hard, having pride in your work and job satisfaction. A team needs balance, and I have no doubt that Tony is who helps tip the scales even.
Thank you with all sincerity for the hard work that went in to our car purchase. We hope to someday work with Tony again, and we will not hesitate to refer friends and family.

Having come from being a former Lexus and BMW owner, all I can say is that Garrett Graham is the BEST service advisor I have EVER had! And that includes all of my previous service advisors at Lexus and BMW too! The Mercedes of Lynnwood dealership is just INCREDIBLE! It’s beautiful, always clean, they are ALWAYS friendly, and have NEVER had any type of problem with them whatsoever! I am now Mercedes Loyal till the day I die!!

This is our first time at the dealership in Lynnwood and we are very pleased with the entire sales staff. Our sales person Yun Kyung Kim is very knowledgeable and helpful, she is a great person. Garrett and staff were truly amazing! I was expecting I just needed some steering fluid topped off and my family and I were just heading out of town on a vacation. However, a steering fluid leak was found and I thought we would have to cancel or change our plans. Instead Garrett (and staff) took care of me and within a few hours they had fixed my car and we were on our way to Whistler! It has made me again confirm that I will be forever brand loyal to Mercedes!
First car needed Work which was done quickly and efficient. Decided this was not the right car . Larry Quickly found another vehicle that I love!
I sent a note of gratitude to John and the service department people because I was so very pleased with their work. John had also offered to give me a ride home instead of having to wait in the waiting area, but he thought I lived closer than I do, so I declined. I was also very, very pleased that the themostat (problem needing replacement) was under warranty so there was no charge….and the service department washed and cleaned my car.
The waiting area would be more comfortable for me these days if there were a few footstools around so I could have rested my legs. I am very short and the chairs are less comfortable for me than for many other people. Under those circumstances it does help IF there is a footstool available so my legs aren’t left to dangle for a couple of hours.

I recently bought my first Mercedes Benz (2008 C300), and I love the quality and craftsmanship put into these cars! It is by far the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. After a month of ownership, my dash lit up up with a “B” Service light. So I went into your beautiful dealership and was met with open arms. I first spoke with Garrett in Service and he took the time to explain to me the in’s and out’s of the “B” service in detail and also how much it would cost. After making an appointment with Jeff Casey, I dropped my car off. Once my service was complete I was expecting my bill to be more than what was quoted due to parts, labor, etc. To my surprise, my bill was exactly what was quoted, which was awesome! Since then, the car runs great and I have nothing but good things to say about the loyalty and expertise at Lynnwood Mercedes. It is nice that there still are businesses out there that put the customer first. I feel like a Rockstar or Hollywood star when I walk through your doors, and it just feels good.

Over the years, I have purchased two cars from Larry. As a single woman, it can be an over whelming and intimidating experience; yet Larry made the process run smoothly. I did not feel pressured or deceived in any way. He was, and continues to be available if I have a question or need advice. I can always count on his help. He will always be my salesman of choice.
I have bought ” seven cars ” from spider at MB. I give spider a “10′ but I give your finance department a poor rating. I have never missed a payment in the last 15 years and I can not get financing now because of some poor real estate endeavors that went south. I make plenty from my 2 practices.
In all of my years of buying different vehicles (60 Years) I have never been more pleased then buying a Mercedes from Larry. In fact I have bought 2 in the last 4 years. We just took delivery of our second new 2012 Mercedes vehicle in two months and we could not be more satisfied. I traded in my ’07 ML320cdi in December for a ’12 ML-350. My wife felt a bit left out so we traded in her ’03 SL500 for a ’12 CLS-550. Both cars are incredible but the CLS-550 is a true dream car. I have made my wife very happy. The whole experience from start to finish has been a joy. Every trip to Mercedes of Lynnwood is like a mini vacation. Everyone there is smart, friendly, and ready to help. I want to give special shout outs to my salesman Martin Sandorff, John and Garrett in service, and Mindy in the finance office. You are all true professionals!
Igor did his typically outstanding job of helping me. He got the car rack parts ordered quickly….he found that mercedes does NOT offer mud flaps for the front wheels of a GL550 that has running boards (big design flaw for mercedes) so he found me a third party vendor that might be able to supply the mud flaps.
My SLS was having wiper problems and he rallied the service team to work on the issue (immediately), which included new wiper blades.
I left the dealership happy.
Igor has a lot of experience with Mercedes and knows how to handle customers.

As usual, John made me feel like I’m your only customer. I wish our kitchen at my place of business were as clean as your service bays! And the new building and all the staff are world class. My 192,000 mile 1989 300E always emerges feeling like a new car.

I was very pleased by the responsiveness. I dropped in unannounced to get a parking light replaced and a car wash. I only had an hour. They found a way to get it done, despite a backlog of vehicles. The service rep’ was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with my sales rep’ (Matt Weatherhogg) while I waited. As for point 16, the seats were not re-adjusted, and the radio had been changed to an unfamiliar station. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. But you asked for feedback on this point. Keep up the good work!
We visited MB of Lynnwood as part of a research to help us decide between
ML350, MDX Advance and X5, and we were pretty much leaning towards the MDX
already, given we lliked how it drove, a good price that we managed to
negotiate for the vehicle and the trade in, the warranty and the Acura name.
However, Martin Sandorff, our conusltant, went out of his way to accomodate
our preferences, and managed to price the vehicle competitively. Financing
was also a breeze, thanks to Mindy Cannon, and that is how we ended up being
proud owners of a 2012 ML350, a little earlier than planned.
Not only was this our first Benz but it was also our first brand new car. My wife and I have told our friends and family that this is exactly what the new car buying experience should be like and it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! Ian Pagmann was absolutely wonderful to work with and has continued to be great even after we purchased the car. It is kind of ironic that the most expensive car we have ever purchased has also given us the most piece of mind and has been the best overall experience. We have no regrets about our purchase from Lynwood Mercedes Benz. The experience from Sales, to Management, to Finance was all top notch service. I can’t wait to pay off the GLK 350 so I can come back for our next car which will be a Mercedes from the Lynwood dealership and asking for Ian to be our salesperson.
This is the second SLK I have gotten from Matthew W. I absolutely tell everyone I know about him, the service department and the parts department as well as the overall friendliness of every staff member I have ever come into contact with.
A special thank you to Matthew for emailing and texting a picture of my car when it was delivered. I was too ill to come in and see it. I was upset because I had waited so lomg for it to be built and shipped (I ordered it in August). That one small act of kindness made a huge impression on a very sick SLK owner!
Mathew was the best. He knows what he is doing and is very professional. He answered every question we had which was satisfying to us. He made us feel very comfortable. This is our second car from him and I hope he is there the next time.

When we walk in to the MERCEDES-BENZ of Lynnwood on 12/3/11, we wanted a test drive the 2011 MERCEDES-BENZ M-CLASS and were not planning to make any purchase decision at the time and we were going to test drive the BMW X5 the next day and compare both vehicle, and make a decision on which vehicle to purchase.
Sales Consultant?s Eric and Igor provided exceptional services, information, pricing, etc. In which they has convince us to purchase the 2011 MERCEDES-BENZ M-CLASS is the right choice, and we agree.
